• New accounts receive 10 free credits upon registration
• Credits can be purchased through our payment system
• Credits are non-refundable except as required by law
• Credits do not expire unless your account is deleted
• Guest users receive 1 free generation per day based on device fingerprint

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to manipulate or abuse the credit system
• Use automated tools to access the service without permission
• Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Upload malicious code or attempt to disrupt the service

Gift recommendations and messages are generated by AI and provided as suggestions only. We do not:

• Guarantee the accuracy or appropriateness of suggestions
• Endorse specific products or retailers
• Take responsibility for purchase decisions made based on our suggestions

Users should review all generated content before use and exercise their own judgment.

The service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by AI Gift Assistant. AI-generated suggestions are provided for your personal use. You retain ownership of information you provide to the service.

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Gift Assistant shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the account settings.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
